Final Venture Bros. Action Figure Sculpts?

Entertainment Earth posted new images of The Venture Bros. action figures online today. Previously, each figure set had a disclaimer stating that the action figures were prototypes pending approval. Images of the prototypes were released back in February at Toy Fair 2010 in New York. Since the figures debut, the figures have been widely discussed online. Today, @EntEarth tweets “Venture Bros.: final-er pictures!” with a link to the Venture Bros. toy index at EntertainmentEarth.com. The disclaimer has since vanished and each figure looks to have been modified, tweaked, and tailored. Are these the final sculpts? Have they been approved?
