Doc Hammer on 2013 Convention Appearances

Doc Hammer announced via facebook that Jackson and himself will be making convention appearances at San Diego Comic-Con in July, but they will not be appearing at Dragon*con later this summer in Atlanta.

I’ve been asked this a few times so I guess I should just inform those that care about this kinda stuff:

Jackson and I have no plans to attend Dragon Con this year. We are busy with Season 6, and are generally exhausted. We will, of course, be attending Comic Con in San Diego and will be doing our shitty best to look spry and rested for you. Venture fans deserve no less!

Over the years, the AstroBase duo have been a staple at Dragon*Con, bringing us great hilarious panels and events, but this year they’re jumping right back into production on Venture Bros. Season 6.

What does this mean for Venture fans at Dragon*Con? More love for James Urbaniak!!!

Earlier we reported that James Urbaniak (voice of Dr. Venture) is confirmed guest at Dragon*Con 2013. James Urbaniak provides the voice for Dr. Thaddeus Venture on The Venture Bros., as well as the Doctor’s brother, Jonas Venture Junior and the super-villain Phantom Limb.

No word yet on convention appearances at New York Comic Con, stay tuned for more convention updates!
