The television program centers around the death metal band Dethklok and often portrays dark and macabre content, such as subjects dealing with violence, death, and the drawbacks of fame, but in an often ironic and humorous fashion. The show can be seen as both a celebration and parody of heavy metal culture.
Squidbillies
A family of inbred squids destroy everything moving in the North Georgia mountains. It’s not all drinking, brawling and reckless gunplay. Occasionally they use crossbows. There’s also hate, love, sex, a multinational drywall conglomerate, cockfighting, the penal system and a deep-seated mistrust of authority and all things different.
Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!
Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! is a sketch comedy television series, created by and starring Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim, which premiered in 2007 on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim comedy block. The creators of the show have described Awesome Show as “the nightmare version of television.”
